Can Lightroom be installed on more than 2 phones?

I currently subscribe and use lightroom on 2 different phones for work.  I am trying to use my lightroom account on my macbook, yet it keeps telling me that i need to renew? Is it not possible to use my account on more than just my phones? Side note: I click renew on on my macbook- and it says good to go, I'm all renewed, yet I cannot edit anyting?

It depends on what type of subscription you have. If you subscribed to the mobile-only Premium plan, then you cannot use Lightroom on any desktop system (such as your MacBook). If you want to run Lightroom on the MacBook you would need to change your subscription to the Lightroom 1TB plan, which would allow you to run Lightroom on up to 2 desktop systems and as many mobile devices as you wish. The Lightroom 1TB plan costs twice as much as the mobile Premium plan. 

Don't buy a new plan, talk to Adobe to get your existing plan upgraded to the new subscription, that way you'll keep access to all your existing assets on your current mobile setup.
