Can no longer sync photos to cloud

I've been using Lightroom fine for a while now. Then today I cannot sync my photos to the cloud account. 

  • internet connection is fast
  • I deleted all the new images (completely) and tried again with a single image to see if it was the size of the images. Still nothing
  • I've checked in Deleted files and deleted everything to ensure nothing is stuck syncing still
  • I've gone to lightroom.adobe.com to make sure there are no Sync Errors or anything sat in Deleted
  • I've closed Lightroom down fully and restarted

 

Nothing. Any suggestions?

thank you for the offer. Though fortunately, I have solved the issue! Turns out my Operating System was outdated. A number of other products were also affected - couldn't upload to Slack, Notion or WeTransfer, so it made me think it was not Lightroom specifically. Updated my operating system and everything now works!

If you're certain that some files are stuck in the Sync queue, we can figure that out using the Diagnostic report. Please go to Edit > Preferences >Account > press and hold the ALT key and select Diagnostic Log.

Then, please share this diagnostic log with me via direct message. As a test, drag and drop a few images into Lightroom Web & check if this syncs to Lightroom Desktop or Lightroom Mobile.
