Can’t access features subscription paid

I can't use any features because it says I need to update my subscription which is already up to date and paid for the next month. I've read a few posts saying I just need to wait a while until Apple and Adobe update which I have waited hours and still nothing. Help! Who can I speak to that can look into my account now. Thank you.
