I recently got a new phone and logged back in to my Lightroom but it’s saying my subscription has ended. I went to my subscriptions through my iPhone to check it and it’s still active for another month before it renews annually. How can I fix this so I can use the premium features that I pay for?
Checking against the Adobe ID you used to post on the forums, I see a a monthly subscription to Lightroom that was both started and ended in Sept of 2019. If your old device still shows an active subscription, I believe it must have been with a different Lightroom account. I recommend trying to sign into Lightroom with other email addresses or social services you might have used for the subscription that is still active.
