Can’t change my plan in Lightroom

Hello! 
My storage in Lightroom changed from 100 Gb to 22 Gb by itself. And now I'm unable to change my plan in Adobe. It shows me that I already have 1Tb plan and proposing me to buy a plan for a team

It looks like your account is linked to a Federated Account. when you log in you should receive an option to login as Personal or Federated (business, education, etc). One account has a 22 GB plan (Personal) and the other has 1 TB. Make sure you are logging into the correct option.
