Dear community,
i have shared some photo album with my family. I have a Lightroom subscription but they don't.
they have full access (download, add pictures) to the pictures via the Lightroom app but as soon as they click on the share button and want to export the pictures to the camera roll, the error appears that the original file of the picture can't be found. If they open the same picture via browser access they can download it and also I can export it from a second device. What can I do that the export from the app also works?we all use the iOS version.

If they are using iOS 14 have they checked the settings in the following Adobe advice:

Also double check the share settings, but sounds like they are okay:

dear delodon,
thanks for answering. We have the issue with one ios13.7 device as well as all iOS 14.0.1 devices. I have checked that Lightroom has read and write access to all photos on all devices. The share Settings should be fine. In some other folders the "jpg download" is deactivated then the share button disappears. I have tried both only read access and the possibility to also add pictures. The pictures are shared to accounts that login with apple, no full link access.
any ideas ?
