I can't find a Development module in Light room mobile. Where is it??

Welcome to the Lightroom community @Julia28993911r0af. I'll help you get started with Lightroom mobile.

Lightroom Mobile has slightly different terminologies for in-app options. You should have Edit options if you open an image in Loupe view (fullscreen) mode.
