Can't find Library or Develop modules

I have paid for my LR subscription but cannot access the Library or Develop modules. I think the basic editing I have is the trial version. Can anyone help?

There are two completely different apps with Lightroom in their name: Lightroom and Lightroom Classic.


Lightroom Classic (local catalog based) has those modules.

 

Lightroom (Cloud based) does not. It has a different workflow.

Those modules are in Lightroom Classic, it sounds like you have (the cloud-based) Lightroom installed instead.
