Can't get premium lightroom mobile

Hello! Maybe someone could know what's going on. I'm trying to get a premium subscription to lightroom mobile but it keeps getting the same error saying "something went wrong. Try again". I'm trying from different devices and different accounts but unfortunately the result is the same.

I'll help you figure this out. I've reviewed your profile & I could not find any active subscriptions.

In the attached screenshot, the following is what I found:

  • You are working on a Samsung device - Is Lightroom installed via the Samsung Store or the Google Play store?
  • There is a VPN active while you're working in Lightroom & payment gateways can fail due to VPN - Disconnect the VPN & try again.
  • You're on WIFI; try using your mobile internet.
