Can’t Import Presets

I have been trying to import new presets for my photography business into Lightroom Classic. I have watched video upon video and it will not work. I have never had this problem before and getting extremely irritated because nothing will work.

Are they purchased or downloaded as .xmp or .lrtemplate files?

Are they Develop presets?

Are they Brush Presets?

Are they Profile xmp files?

Are they in a .ZIP file?

Where are you storing the downloaded files?

And how are you Importing the presets?

After trying to Import- Are you looking in 'User Presets' panel for the imported presets?

Are you checking for Preset names that may differ from the supplied files? (They may differ!)
