Good day! I can't log into the program on my macbook. Constantly some kind of error 102! what it is? I paid for the product and I can't get it!
I can't get into the program through a computer.
Please advise something more reasonable than downloading again, because it does not help!

Which version of Lightroom and macOS are you using? When do you see this error; while launching the application?
Can you share the screenshot of the error message?
You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e (Use the manual method)
Please back up your presets and assets prior to resetting the preferences.

Make sure your Mac is connected to the internet, then open the Creative Cloud desktop app and logout, then log back in again, then try starting LrC again.

OK, what about your Firewall settings, have you checked those to make sure you haven't got Lightroom and LrC blocked?
