Can't subscribe to photography plan

I am subscribed to LR mobile via my Samsung account. I tried to subscribe to the photography plan for my pc but it seems I'm blocked from doing so because I'm already subscribed to LR mobile. I can't see a way to cancel that through my Samsung account?

 

Surely I can upgrade though?

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, you are correct. If you're already subscribed to Lightroom Mobile, having another plan will not be possible, which would create conflicts. You can try using a different mail ID or manage the current account.

Keep a backup of the files before you troubleshoot.

Now I've got to work out how to cancel the LR subscription with Samsung, as that's how I got it.....
