Can’t use subscription tools but charges are deducted

Hi 

i am not able to use any tools from subscription even after payment made 

can't find any easy communication option to report problem 

this is the worst thing 

I m not able to do pending projects because I can't use tools right now 

please check and resolve it as soon as possible
