Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.2

Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7

I was about to upgrade from the entry-level 20 GB to 1 TB (I have run out of cloud storage) and was trying to decipher the cancellation policy. I can interpret it to mean one of two things: 1) that I must pay for one year before I can down-grade or cancel my subscription, or 2) that I can contact a customer service agent, and cancel anytime. Can anyone shed light on this?

Much appreciated!
