Cannot import photos, Click on "+" with no result

Hello, I just downloaded Lightroom CC through my university, and when I go to add photos, it isn't letting me. It isn't giving an error or anything, it's just refusing to actually let me click "+", despite prompting me to do so.

Same here. I uninstalled and installed, and nothing. Doesn't work at all.
