Hello, when I open the lightroom desktop app for windows on my PC the app fails to load up my photos that are saved on it and then I get the following message:

Any help on this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is up to date.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

Which version of Lightroom and Windows are you using? Did you try signing out and signing back in?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

Please check the steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html.

Let us know if it helps.

Regards,

Ranjisha

Hi Ranjisha,

I'm using lightroom 6.1 and windows 11. I've tried signing out and back in yes. No, I haven't tried any troubleshooting steps besides this so far. Also FY|I, the web version seems to work for some reason. Just not the app.

Thanks,

Conor
