Cannot Recover Transactions Purchased From Appstore On A Computer

I subscribed to the premium version of Lightroom on the appstore. But why, when using lightroom on my computer, I cannot restore the purchase?

Why? Because the App Store Premium Version is for Mobile devices only. iPads, iPhones, etc.

To use Lightroom-Desktop v4.2 (Cloud based) on a PC or MAC computer you need a Creative Cloud subscription to the "Lightroom 1TB (US$9.99/mth)" Plan from Adobe, which also includes Mobile Devices.

And, IMO, even better is the "Photography Plan (20GB) (US$9.99/mnth)" that has Lightroom-Desktop v4.2, Lightroom-Classic v10.2, as well as the Mobile versions AND Photoshop. The only thing that may be a limitation for some, is the (20GB) Cloud storage that does not suit large numbers of files in the Cloud storage.
