I have a valid subscription from Google Play for Lightroom Premium. It was last billed in May of 2023 and should be valid until May of 2024. I got a new phone and want to activate it on there, having already wiped my old phone and traded it in. I get the same pop-up that others have reported saying I need to be logged into the same account on Google Play and Adobe, which I am. I tried to restore the purchase but it returns an eroor that The purchase found could not be restored because it has already been claimed.
I'm sure I'm using the right account for both google play and adobe account, please help me figure this out, thanks.
This is the most recent version of the app on a Pixel 8 Pro running Android 14 with all current updates.
