I am having a similar problem, if not the same one.

I have a few hundred previously purchased LRC presets, and I tried to add more yesterday, only to find that the installation silently fails. Any subsequent attempts are met with a dialog box, "Unable to import profiles and presets," that they were already loaded. Yet they're nowhere to be found.

A thread I visited here yesterday claims that the fix was trivial, yet it was never explained, so I cannot implement it.

Hi. Presets are now on the left side of the tools list in Edit Mode.

Open an image in Edit mode. Tap on Presets. Tap on "Yours" and you will see "User presets" at the top. I hope that helps.
