Captura Vinculada

Olá!

Estamos a algum tempo tentando usar a captura vinculada mas o Lightoom não reconhece a camera. A camera que temos está na lista das que funciona com esta função. Já tentamos fazer todos os procedimentos que a prorpia Adobe indica mas nada funcionou. Gostariamos muito de poder usar usar a captura vinculada nos nossos proximos trabalhos. Se alguem tiver alguma dica agradescemos muito!

A versão do Lighroom que estamos usando é a 14.3.1

A camera é a Sony ax 4 IV

Nós já tentamos todos os passos do link mas nada funcionou. Sim, a Camera é uma Sony a7 IV.

Hi @Cristian_Paim Borges3155, thanks for confirming! Let's try a few other things.

1. Close Other Apps: Make sure that there are no other apps are running in the background during tethering
2. Camera Settings: On the Sony α7 IV, go to Menu > Network > PC Remote Function > PC Remote. Set it to On. Under PC Remote Settings, choose Still Image and RAW + JPEG if needed. Set USB Connection to PC Remote or Mass Storage (try both if one fails).

3. USB Connection: Use a high-quality USB-C cable (preferably the one provided by Sony). Avoid USB hubs—connect directly to the PC. Try different USB ports (USB 3.0 preferred).

4. Windows 11 Driver Check: Open Device Manager and confirm the camera appears under "Portable Devices" or "Imaging Devices." If not, install the latest Sony Imaging Edge Desktop software, which includes the necessary drivers: https://imagingedge.sony.net/en-us/ie-desktop.html

5. Lightroom Setup: In Lightroom Classic, Go to File > Tethered Capture > Start Tethered Capture. Name the session and set destination folders. Wait for the "Detecting Camera" dialog—this can take a few seconds.
