Características de los presets

No consigo copiar las características de los presets en mis fotos. Antes lo hacía sin problema el método lo entiendo. Pero no se "pegan"

Sorry that you cannot copy the preset values of your images in Lightroom. 

Would you mind sharing the exact version of Lightroom you're using? Also, which device are you using it on and what is the operating system?

Does the problem occurs with all the images and with third party presets? 

Make sure that the version o Lightroom you are using is up to date.
