Catalog Integrity Check Hangs

LR has started hanging up most of the time during the “Integrity Check” portion of catalog backup. So far I forced an integrity check before successfully creating a new catalog, and shut off both Backblaze continuous backup and Bvckup 2 continuous sync. Still hangs most of the time, but does work occasionally. The issue seems to have started shortly after moving my library to an external drive, and starting the use of Bvckup 2 sync. LR and PS otherwise work fine. Any ideas on what to try next?

Running Windows 10 Pro with about a 5Tb library.

Thanks

Create a new catalog, start Lightroom with that catalog, and use "Import from Another Catalog" to import the old one. Import all images, but do not check any other option (like including the negatives). If that works allright, then this will be your new working catalog and you can trash the old one. The only disadvantage is that if you enabled sync, Lightroom will have to resync everything.
