Changing preset folder names in LR mobile...

Prior to the latest update, I believe I was able to change the name of a preset folder on my desktop and it would sync with my mobile version. This no longer seems to be the case! My presets are syncing, but the folder names aren't. Since *delightfully* (🙄) we now have to navigate to the preset folder we want to use on EVERY photo, I want to number the folders in order of most used (please tell me they're going to fix this.). I can manage the preset folders I see but I can NOT figure out how the change the names! Any tips?
