Cloud Storage is Full but it shouldn't be.

Hey Lightroom says that my cloud storage is full and asks me to upgrade, but I am not sure if that is true. I have 100gb of cloud storage, I downloaded the Lightroom downloader app and it says that my lightroom library is 18.4 GB but Lightroom says that I am using 103,9 GB of my 100 GB storage. I have no idea what is eating up the 85 GB of storage. What is going on here?
