Cloud Storage

All day my lightroom mobile app has been saying "we're preparing your cloud storage. this may take a few minutes" but nothing has changed. I deleted all the pictures out of my app and have tried many different things. What do I do?

Do you have a paid subscription, or a free account? You don't get cloud storage with a free account.

Since you already deleted all the photos from the app, there is no harm in removing the app too and then reinstalling it.
