I am on a Macbook Pro (i9 / 32GB RAM / NAS Storage for Originals over AC Wifi on 100/100MB Fiber).
I have been using a portable HDD to house a copy of originals. I wanted to change that to my NAS for convenience and for RAID backup on top of cloud. Just don't fully trust the cloud. I began the process (changed save originals directory in preferences to the NAS - APF Connection), and it's downloaded a number of photos overnight/etc, but after a day it began going incredibly slowly and after the first day or two has completely stalled. It's been weeks now. Computer online almost 24/7 and nothing happening. I'll get a couple photos downloaded and then nothing. Restart everything, and it might download a few more. Monitoring Network in Activity Monitor (typically) shows no activity happening via 'Adobe Lightroom CC Helper'. Also - multiple panels in Lightroom show no sync data. I'll attach screen shots.
Spoke with Adobe for probably an hour today. Restart this, login again. Restart that. Things that anyone who knows what a computer is does first. No resolution. I asked to have the case escalated and a call was set for today at 6PM. No call - just an e-mail saying the case is closed. Great job Adobe.
Anyone having similar issues? At this point I'm just downloading all my content and moving to another platform. Ridiculous.
