Could not Create Presets in Lightroom mobile

Hi!

I just bought some presets and have followed all the steps except for the last ones. The option "Create Presets" is not clickable in my account. Does anyone has any info about this & how to solve this?

Hi there,

 

Sorry that you cannot create new presets in Lightroom mobile as the option is grayed out.

 

Which version of Lightroom mobile are you using and what is the make and model of your mobile device?

 

From what I can see, it looks like that the app is in a signed-out state. Could you try to force quit and restart the app and thereafter re-sign-in via the Lightroom Settings. After that could you try to re-create the presets again

 

Let us know if its not working fine.

It looks to me that that then original dng is not loaded yet. When you open  the cloud icon from the top bar, what do you see listed there? In addition, could you give us some background how you imported the preset, I guess this is a dng from different preset app, right? If so, could you give me the name of the app.  Btw. is the screenshot from the app-subscription-state which you are using? Just noticed that your forum adobe-id has valid a Premium-Subscription running and presets are listed on this account.
