Crash when using AI masks

Hello,

my current Lightroom CC crash and the Computer freeze when i use the new AI mask funktion.

There is no improvement when I deactivate the graphics processor.

my brandnew System: Lenovo Ideapad 5 Pro 14 / 32GB / AMP Radeon 7840HS / 780M with the actual AMD Driver 23.7.2 / AMS 780M (31.0.21023.2010)

It could be related to the GPU drivers in your computer. The GPU Drivers on your machine are from July.

Sometimes, the latest GPU Drivers from AMD or Nvidia don't play well with Lightroom's masking & AI features. Please install a slightly older, recommended stable version of graphics drivers from AMD & check if the issue exists.

You can also create masks on Lightroom web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) as a workaround.

thank you very much for your answer. The GPU is still relatively new, so there are no earlier (stable) drivers for it.

The mask function in the web version of Lightroom work, thank you.
