I'm having some annoying crashes more and more often on Lightroom
CC. It's usually when I try to apply a radial or lienar filter. I just get an error message saying lightroom had a problem and asking me if I want to send a report. I've sent a lot of them, ignored it some times, it's still happening and it's more and more often!!
I precise that I have a brand new very good computer (i7 12th gen, 32G ram, 1T SSD, Nvidia 4Gb) and I'm not running anything else than lightroom. I don't know what to do anymore ! I'm a photographer, it's my job and I'm loosing so much time (of course verytime it crashes, I loose all the modifs I did on the pic and need to start all over again).
Thank you for your help.
We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.
Did you see a crash dialog?
Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?
Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?
When you see your next Adobe Crash Report dialog, please screenshot it right before submitting it and then post a link here.
I don't even get crash report anymore, now I keep getting the message "lightroom seems to have stopped responding. Do you want to send a diagnostic report to Adobe? This will terminate the application". If I choose "yes", it just closes the program and if I choose "no" then it just keeps loading forever and then crash after a while. This is a nightmare! It's doing it at least 3 or 4 times per image! I'm loosing soooo mch time and money beause of that! Please find me a solution and quick!
It does it only when I use masks and more particularly radial and linear masks but also when I select my subject or so. It's like it's too complicated for lightroom so it just crashes! I've had it few times with photoshop too but way less (maybe once or twice a day compare to 20/30 times with lightroom or more!). Please help me!!
I'm having the same issue, has this been resolved?
