“Create Preset” is grayed out

I recently bought presets and whenever I try to create them, the "create preset" button is grayed out.

What version of Lightroom are you using, Desktop or Mobile? And on what platform?

From what I can see, it looks like that the app is in a signed-out state but not showing the correct UI. Could you try to force quit and restart the app and thereafter re-ign-in via the Lr Settings. After that could you try to re-import the dng again let me know if its now working. -Guido/ lr Mobile QE
