Created LIghtroom Mobile Folders for Collections but didn't update Lightroom Classic

So I created collections that sync'd to my lightroom mobile, then took the lightroom mobile collections and put them in folders, however they didn't sync back to my lightroom Classsic

So why isn't this working?

Lightroom folders in Lightroom work essentially the same as Collection Sets in Lightroom Classic. Unfortunately they don't sync in either direction.
