I have exiting creative cloud account of 2gb storage.
Now recently subscribed Light Room with 40GB cloud storage. Account tagged with existing above said account ..
But creative could account still showing 2gb storage limit.
How to raise fix this issue ..??
I can see your purchase on the backend and the cloud shows you have access to 42 GB. I've asked the team to look at your account and see why the provision isn't updating. Have you tried logging out and logging back in.
