Creative Cloud taking space up on my computer

I bought creative cloud + lightroom CC so that I could store my photos on the cloud and delete them off my computer. As I'm moving them to the creative cloud folder I realized the creative cloud folder is taking up just as much room on my hard drive. How can I upload files to the cloud in a way that it doesn't take up computer space?

Hi Catherine,

I'm not a Lightroom expert but I'd want to ensure you went through the process here to add the photos to LR CC

Lightroom CC doesn't use the Creative Cloud files folder to work with your images but does count against the cloud storage amount included with your membership.  Lightroom CC has its own syncing mechanism built in separate from Creative Cloud Files.

I'll move your post over to the Lightroom CC forum for additional assistance.

Best,

- Dave
