Just wondering if I can recover cloud stored photos off of a deactivated email address or are they lost forever? Any help would be appreciated!

Hey, @. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll clarify this for you. I've checked the account you're signed in with, and you currently don't have an active subscription. Have you used any other email address to sign in to Lightroom?

 

Did you have an active subscription to Lightroom in a different account? How long has the account been inactive?

Generally, Lightroom will continue to store your original images for one year after your membership lapses. During that time, you can continue to launch Lightroom to download your original files from our cloud services.
