Although I did not agree to a subscription, it appeared on my Lightroom "xx days left for review"

In this case, there are currently 28 days left, but I haven't updated any plans (I used the free version) and Premium fabrics are now available. What was this?

This is a user to user forum. We are all just users like yourself, at least for the most part. We cannot resolve these types of issues for you. However, there is no "free" version of Lightroom. It appears that you have installed Lightroom in trial mode. This apparently allows you 30 days to use the program to decide whether or not you want to subscribe. You asked the question what was this. You have 28 days remaining with full access to the program to decide whether or not you want to subscribe. After that, most features in Lightroom will become nonfunctional.
