Desaparecieron mis fotos y no puedo acceder a ellas

Al parecer mis fotos desaparecieron o algo así, ya que por más que intento no me cargan y no puedo acceder a ellas de ninguna manera.

¿Alguien sabe como arreglarlo?

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with the Lightroom Mobile.

Could you please let us know the exact version of Lightroom mobile CC installed on your device? Also, make sure you logged in with the subscribed email address? Where are the images located? Which version of iOS?

Did you change the location of the images from where they were saved? Are you seeing this error with just JPEG files?

You may try to re-install the app and sign out & sign in from the Lightroom mobile CC app and check if that helps.

Thanks.

Ranjisha

The error happens in ios for iphone, ios for ipad and in the desktop version.

When re-entering my accounts on iphone and desktop after reinstalling, all my photos are gone. I did not do this process on ipad, because it is the only place where the photos are visible, but they are not available.

It's like they disappeared from the cloud

Hello @Fer Correa

I see you have two accounts, both a personal and a business/enterprise linked to your email ID.  There are no photos synced in your personal account.  Your subscription and account photos belong to the business account.  Please be sure to use your Business login when you sign in, and you should see your photos.

That 404 error looks like the photo is not actually available.

If you sign into your same Business account at https://lightroom.adobe.com/ do you see an album called "Sync Issues?"  If you see photos in sync issues, looking at the photo thumbnails, do any message indicate the problem?  For example, are uploads from Lightroom Desktop not complete?  Is it possible for you to delete the photos from Sync Issues, and then import them again from your disk into Lightroom?

Thank you for your reply. In neither of the two accounts can I see the photos I had. And I couldn't find the folder you mention either. It seems as if everything was deleted, but I haven't deleted anything, in fact I realized it when I tried to edit.

All the thumbnails appear on my iPad, but I can't access the original files.

On my iPhone everything disappeared when I entered and exited the account. On desktop (I had not used it) nothing appears.

I have tried to see my photos from all the possible ways that apps and websites had, in none I find anything.

I'm talking about folders and photos; it was too much content to be accidentally deleted.

Are you able to export the originals from your iPad back to your camera roll?

Because the iPad is the only device where you see your images, I recommend you do a full device backup so you can always restore the device with the photos to it's current state.  After backing up, please see this page for info on how to use iTunes on Mac/Windows (or Finder on newer versions of Mac OS), to copy original images out of the Lightroom app cache: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/recover-lightroom-mobile-photos-itunes-file-sharing.html

Using iTunes/Finder File Sharing, are you able to recover images out of the iPad app's cache?

I don't have those photos on the iPad because many of them were taken with a DSLR and uploaded directly to the Creative Cloud.

Isn't there an endorsement from you at Adobe or something? There is no point in my files disappearing out of nowhere.

Hello @Fer Correa

Creative Cloud storage is separate from Lightroom cloud storage.  Please check in your Creative Cloud app, under the Files tab... Are you photos uploaded to Creative Cloud and not Lightroom?

If you did use Lightroom to upload, and you used Direct Import in Lightroom to read files directly from your camera or SD memory card, it would seem like the photos either did not finish importing into Lightroom, or did not finish uploading.  Did you delete Lightroom and reinstall on your iPad recently, perhaps before such images had a chance to finish syncing?  If you did not delete Lightroom, I still recommend you try my previous advice using iTunes/Finder File Sharing to see if you can recover files from the Lightroom app cache.

Otherwise, my only other advice is to try importing again from your camera/SD memory.
