Desktop and mobile

Sorry. I'm new to this so im learning. I purchased premium on my desktop for the 9.99/month. It says the mobile comes with the plan. But it wants me to purchase a seperate subscription for mobile. Why?

 

and everytime I turn off my computer it says it can't find my Lightroom and I need a new subscription. But under my phone subscriptions it says it's still active. I'm going crazy and getting so angry

The plan that includes Lightroom Desktop does also include Lightroom Mobile.  You should not be asked "to purchase a seperate subscription for mobile" as long as you sign into Lightroom Mobile with the correct account -- on mobile, you must sign into Lightroom using the same email address you used for Lightroom login on the desktop.
