Hi,

I am using LR mobile on iOS and have a mac and windows desktop client installed. It used to work great with sync over the different platforms. Since some weeks the desktop apps refuses to show any of my photos. Even the web app show an empty library, but informs me that 385 GB out of my 1000 GB Storage is used.

Is there any way to get my both desktop clients back to syncing?

I see the problem  -- somehow 2 different catalogs were created for your account and you are seeing the mostly empty one (there are some items in the trash).  I will work with someone to get this fixed shortly.  In the meantime, please don't upload any new content as it will get deleted when we fix things.  If you need anything that is in the trash from the catalog that you can see, please recover it and download it.

OK, we've made the change on  our side.  Please try again and let us know if it is now fixed.

I did not do anything - now the fotos are back in LR web. Not in the desktop apps ... but it's a start 😉

The likeliest explanation is that you are logged into (Web) and (Desktop apps) with a different Adobe ID than you are with your mobile device. Triple check the email addresses used to log into each and verify they are identical.

unfortunately not. I deinstalled on each platform all adobe apps and reinstalled with my one and onlye Adobe ID (which seems to be correct because i claims that I have 385GB used out of 1000). I reinstalled on Windows an Mac. No desktop client showing a single photo. Same with the web client on windows (edge/chrome) or mac (safari/chrome). My iPad shows all photos and even sync them proberly to my iPhone. No change on the desktop side when i deinstall the iOS Apps.

I deactivated devices on the homepage and deactivated sessions.

Peter, best news I heard in day! Thank you! I don't need anything from the trash and have everything backed up just in case.
