Desktop app will not open - failed to log into creative cloud

I am using the Lightroom desktop app on my Acer device and it will not load when i am on my school's network - i have no issue with it at home though. The school computers work fine which is what i find weird. 

 

I can use lightroom on the web my it limits my use - i cannot mask or use generative AI which is frsutrating.

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble! Is the network that you connect to when at school a guest network? The school computers might have certain network permissions that allow them to access Lightroom, which your computer doesn't. 

Have you reached out to your school's IT? If not, reach out to them to ensure no whitelisting is allowed.
