Do you have a paid subscription, or are you using the free version?
I don't really use the mobile version on the phone hardly at all. But I think what it's telling you is that the features you are looking for are not in the free version. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
Someone who knows the mobile app will have to help you. I should have withheld my comment.

"This can happen for a few reasons. First try signing out of your account and sign back in. Otherwise see if any of these are causing it.
"please tap on the cloud icon, it normally should give you some kind of information what it could be." Ignacio.
