In iOS Settings > Lightroom > Photos, do you full or limited access specified?

What if you try fully disabling camera roll access, and then enabling it again?

Well, that's strange.  Can you try from a different direction...

Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Lightroom, and see if you can enable Full Access there?

If you can't enable it, the next thing I'd try is reinstalling the app.

Is there any corporate policy on your device that might be restricting this setting?  If so, you may need to consult with your company IT experts.
