DNG Converter 12.4 Beta files greyed out

I have just installed the DNG Converter 12.4 Beta to enable downloading RAW files from my EOS R5. However when I go to select a file to convert to DNG, the card / disk is found but all the image files are greyed out so cannot be selected. Any ideas as this is soo frustrating?

Don't select a file, select the folder with the raw files.

Thanks, I just tried this and yay, it worked. it's a bit of a long winded way to import the .CR3 RAW files but no other choice until Adobe add the plugin support for the EOS R5 & R6 .CR3 RAW file format.
