Do I need my presets in both locations?

I have my presets (the same ones) in my both Camera Raw/Settings folder as well as my Develop Presets folder under Lightroom (Roaming - Windows 10). Do I really need them in both spots (I use both Classic as well as cloud based)? If not, can I remove them from one of those folders without consequence?

Thanks

The Develop presets folder is the old location for the old (.lrtemplate) presets. You can safely delete that folder, unless you want to be able to use an earlier version of Lightroom (like Lightroom 6) some times.
