Do I need to subscribe to the whole Creative Cloud to use the new Ai or can I use Ai with just a lightroom subscription. Cheers.

The AI Denoise is availabe as part of the Lightroom Cloud Ecosystem on the desktop. I do not belive it is availabe on the smartphones; likely due ot processing power. I have not checked if it is availble in Lightroom Classic, but I would be surprised if it is not.

Creativer Cloud is whole branding package by Adobe; which covers many applications.
