Does anyone know how to fix the previous plan disturb a new subscribe on Lightroom?

Before I started subscribing to the Lightroom plan on mobile, I used the Lightroom plan on a desktop application. Currently, it has expired and I have moved to subscribe to Lightroom Mobile.

I am unable to edit any photos from my local machine on Lightroom mobile. How can I fix this?
