Does Lightroom for MacOS/iOS/iPadOS support Live Photos or not?

I know that this question has been asked but I am seeing a lot of conflicting information. (Some people get only jpegs, some people mov's, some get both.) Adobe's website and personnel claim Lightroom "supports" Live photos, but maybe they just mean that they can be opened and turned in to jpegs. So can I please get an answer to this specific question:

Can Lightroom import, store, and export Apple Live photos, where the photo and video can both be seen? (i.e. can it handle HEIC with the jpeg and mov files intact)

If not, can we get that as a feature? I moved my photo library into Lightroom to manage my photos on my iPad, thinking it supported HEIC. I would hate to find out I screwed up my library.

Thanks all
