Does Lightroom have a field for notes?

It would be very helpful to be able to include notes explaining the context of certain photos. Does Lightroom have a note field?

Lightroom Desktop does not have a field designated for notes.

Lightroom Classic has several plugins available to accomplish adding notes to images.

I too feel a "Notes" field for images would be an excellent enhancement.  I will often create Vitrual Copies to try out different processing techniques such as custom profiels and custom presets.  Having a "Notes field" for that image to "explain to me in the future what and why I did this or that... would be very helpful.

How do you rquest this as a feature?
