Steps to reproduce problem:
1. Share and invite a lightroom album;
2. Hit 'allow jpg downloads';
3. Open link in browser on phone;
4. Press three dots, try to action the 'download all' option.
Expected result:
'Download all' option should be there. User can then press and download a zip of all jpgs.
Actual result:
Option appears on laptop/pc/mac etc. browsers, but the option is absent on mobile browsers, using the same shared link. The only option is to force 'desktop mode' in mobile browser, after which the 'download all' option appears.
This is a big oversight, as 90% of clients open the link on their phones in the modern day. It is unprofessional to have to provide accompanying steps to force desktop mode. There have been many posts about this on this forum in the past but no response whatsoever from the developer.
