dxo nik collection 3 & Lightroom Classic

In January, I was able to plug-in and fully use DXO Nik Collection 3 with Photoshop Elements.

Fast forward, last week, I upgraded to Adobe Lightroom Classic, and I am flummoxed trying to figure out how to add the Nik Collection.

I've tried

EDITING - PREFERENCES - EXTERNAL EDITING

and

LIGHTROOM PLUG-IN MANAGER

with zero success.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

How do I re-run the Nik Collection on my computer? Do I go to programs and choose "uninstall". Thank you
