dynamiclinkmediaserver takes %100 CPU when opening LightRoom and Photoshop and even after it closed. How can i solve this?

I have exactly the same problem but with Premiere Pro. I am on a 2015 Macbook Pro with the latest OS update.

I am really disappointed that Adobe seem to be ignoring what is a not-uncommon problem.
